Empowering young women to be tomorrow's leaders

Girlfriends of Pinellas County is a mentorship and empowerment program designed to support young ladies in developing strong academic skills, self-confidence, leadership, and positive behaviors. Through mentorship from educators, community leaders, and role models, participants gain the tools they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

Students engage in goal-setting, tutoring, cultural enrichment, and community service projects that build self-awareness and pride. Open to girls at schools with an active Girlfriends program, this initiative fosters self-discipline, social growth, and lifelong success.
